We pay all applicable Federal Excise Taxes and MSA contributions prior to shipping. D&R Tobacco also pays all applicable North Carolina Excise Taxes in advance of shipping to North Carolina Wholesale Accounts. All Out-of-State Wholesale Accounts are responsible for all State Excise Taxes applicable to them. We only ship to Wholesale Accounts (outside NC) that are registered to pay State Excise Taxes on RYO tobacco. |
