Our company is the largest dairy products in Co-operative. It collects more milk from farmers than any other company and is responsible for nearly 35% milk production. All company dairy farmer suppliers hold shares and shareholder directors of the co-operative are elected by fellow farmers. The company uses the latest technology to test milk from suppliers and ensure high quality manufactured products.
The company has also been a leader in the development of the Ultra High Temperature (UHT) system. With UHT, a variety of liquids and foods, such as milk, can be processed and then stored without refrigeration. They are generally known as Longlife products. The company has also achieved international quality standard accreditation. |
