Founded in 1983, our company is a wholesale bakery offering a next day delivery service throughout greater Sydney, the Central Coast, Newcastle, Wollongong, the Blue Mountains and several NSW country centres. We deliver "seven days a week" (in most areas) and our range includes over four hundred varieties of delicious, freshly baked products, in a range of sizes to suit all occasions ~ muffins, croissants, banana bread, Danish, donuts, friands, tarts, slices, brownies, baklavas, shortbreads, scones, savoury and vegetarian pastries, pies, quiches, bagels and a huge variety of specialty bread and bread rolls - Turkish, Italian, French, Sour Dough, Rye, Focaccia, Lebanese, Naan, Tortillas, etc.
Our customers are an amazingly wide variety of businesses, representing just about every style of outlet where food is served, or sold. They range from the humblest mixed business and sandwich bar to major grocery and fuel chains and include award winning caterers and most of Sydney's best cafes.
In 1983, when we pioneered fresh butter croissant deliveries on Sunday mornings, to a handful of Sydney's corner stores, we were a small but significant energy at the birth of a revolution in Australian eating habits.
Since then we've expanded our range dramatically in response to rapidly changing consumer tastes. We now accommodate the specific requirements of an ever growing variety and number of customers (2500 plus) and have an extremely efficient, convenient and reliable "one call" ordering and next day delivery service. |
