Frozen FTO croissants and Danishes are produced from freshly made, dean white dough and 100 percent pure butter. The finished product is packed while frozen and supplied to the customer in a frozen state, ready for immediate use, without the need for thawing out prior to baking. There are many benefits to the FTO croissant, you can bake as you need, there's no waste, and can bake them freshly throughout the day.
