Our skinless sausages, steeped in exotic history, evolved originally from the Middle East centuries ago. Cevapcici, where the name derives from, was manufactured using mild black peppers and spices, blends of beef, pork and lamb, rolled by hand and cooked on an open wood fire grill.
Established in 1974, dubrovnik butchers in Perth, western Australia, recognized the potential for this humble recipe and began retailing them to their customers. Due to high demand for the product, exactly two decades later we created a company that was solely dedicated to the production of the our brand a product that embraces the history and tradition of Europe, with the taste and lifestyle demands of Australia.
