Our company was founded twenty-two years ago. The company began as small poultry farm based in country Victoria, Australia and has grown into a unique food distribution business based in Melbourne Australia. In November 2003 we purchased our own processing works, which enabling us to control quality, supply and to source and introduce new and exciting gourmet products to our customers.
Our company now distributes throughout Australia and Asia to restaurants, 5 star hotels, caterers, supermarkets and butchers, the widest range of Gourmet Poultry and Game Meat products available in Australia. These products include quail, emu, crocodile, kangaroo, ostrich, spatchcock, pheasant, venison, cornfed & free range chickens, rabbits, hares, possum, guinea fowl, partridge and squab pigeon.
This incredible tasting beef has a marble score of 9 plus and is enjoyed in the restaurants of Japan & Korea. This is a high end market product that can only be distributed by a company with a high level of professionalism and dedication.
We will continue to improve on all areas of our operation, including equipment upgrades, introducing new technology wherever possible and up to date staff training. Our company will continue to source new and exciting products and will provide more assistance to our customers with product knowledge by way of samples, upgraded price lists, brochures and a higher profile within the marketplace. |
